For those of you defined by adventure, pushing the limits is a necessity, and so is the GoScope Session Marine Filter System. The three filters and case pair with the GoProHERO7 Black/HERO6/HERO5 Black/HERO 2018 and will protect it up to 60 meters underwater (GoPro HERO7 Black/HERO6/HERO5 Black/HERO 2018 are only rated to 10M without this housing). Each filter option yields amazing, clear footage. Now, you just have to decide which one you want to use first to make your underwater explorations come to life.
Note: GoPro cameras are shown for demonstration purposes ONLY and are NOT included.
Compatible with the following GoPro HERO Camera Models:
GoPro HERO5 Black
GoPro HERO 2018
GoPro HERO7 Black ONLY (Note: Not Suitable for GoPro HERO7 White and GoPro HERO7 Silver as the lens area is different)
IMPORTANT: The GoPro HERO7 Black, GoPro HERO6, GoPro HERO5 Black and GoPro HERO 2018 cameras have a factory sealed lens cover. The lens, being sealed in a ZERO humidity environment, means that fogging should not occur when used normally (above OR below water). However, once you place the camera into a housing you may experience "Fogging" in the lens area due to Humid air trapped INSIDE the housing condensing when the housing is cooled from the outside (for example when snorkelling or Scuba Diving). This is a well-known problem that often occurs in Humid and tropical environments. You can Google ways to deal with this issue to avoid spoiling your footage. One solution is to use Anti-Fog inserts inside the housing.
Watch the below video for a simple way to make DIY Anti-Fog inserts. Note: It is important to make sure they don't interfere with the back door seal closing to ensure housing is waterproof.
