The GoPro Locking 1/4"-20 Mounting Buckle | Convert Quick Connect Mounts to 1/4" (Model: ABTQR-001) clips into any GoPro-style Quick Connect Base or adhesive mount and converts it to a 1/4"-20 thread, ready for direct mounting of GoPro cameras with 1/4" threads, including GoPro HERO12, HERO13, Lit Hero, MAX, MAX2, and Mission Series cameras. Also suitable for direct mounting of other brand and model cameras such as DJI Osmo 360 and Insta360 X3, X4, X5, and more.

You can also use it another way — connect to a variety of mounts with a 1/4" thread at the bottom, such as grips, poles, and Extension Rods. The cam latch uses interlocking teeth to lock your angle firmly in place once you've found the shot you want.

Used this way, you can add most model Action cameras on top of the extended 1/4" mount, either directly (if your camera has a native 1/4" thread) or by adding a 1/4" to Finger Mount adapter (sold separately) for cameras that connect via GoPro-style fingers.
