Product Description
⚠️ Firmware Update May Be Required
- For HERO13, HERO12, HERO11 Black, HERO10, and HERO9, a camera firmware update MAY be required to enable compatibility with this adapter. Update your camera to the latest firmware before use if you experience any connection issues.
The GoPro Pro 3.5mm Mic Adapter for HERO13/12/11 Black/10/9/8/7 Black/6/5 (Model: AAMIC-001) connects a professional-level external 3.5mm microphone directly to your camera, so you're not stuck with the built-in mic when the shot calls for real audio quality. A 106dB stereo analogue-to-digital converter captures clean, accurate sound from a wide range of external 3.5mm mics.
The USB-C power and data extension features a 90-degree connector to keep your cable run tidy. Perfect for use with an optional Vlog housing (Sold separately) that has a dedicated spot for the Mic adapter.
Stereo mic and line input support mean the Mic Adapter also works with external audio sources like a dedicated audio recorder or mixer.
Key Features:
- 106dB Stereo Analogue-to-Digital Converter: Captures clean, accurate audio from your external mic.
- Connects a Wide Range of External 3.5mm Mics: Not locked into a single proprietary microphone option.
- Stereo Mic & Line Input: Also works with external audio sources like a recorder or mixer, not just a clip-on mic.
- 90° USB-C Connector: Keeps your cable run tidy and out of the way.
