Product Description
The GoPro Ski Pole Mount (Model: ASKIM-001) is one of the easiest ways to get selfie footage with your Action Camera while skiing. It clamps the GoPro 1m Carbon Fibre Extension Pole (sold separately) directly to your ski pole, so the camera rides out in front of you without you having to juggle a third rod alongside two ski poles. Point-of-view, selfie and follow-cam shots all become one-handed — or no-handed, since the pole is doing the holding. 360 Camera edits can easily achieve the Invisible Pole effect.
Machined from lightweight aluminium, it installs without tools and tightens with a rubberised knob you can grip with gloves on — which matters when you're adjusting it on a chairlift rather than in a warm environment. Five spacers are included, covering ski poles from 14mm to 22mm in diameter, so it grips the ski poles you use properly rather than slipping under vibration.
The extension pole is sold separately. This mount is a clamp — it works in conjunction with the GoPro 1m Carbon Fibre Extension Pole (NOT included). Your camera then mounts to the pole exactly as it normally would, so the compatibility table below is really the pole's compatibility.

- Heads Up — Falls While Skiing: Extension poles are strong and rigid, but landing on one during a fall can break it. This is the most common way these poles are damaged, NOT covered by Warranty.
- Check the Fit Before Every Run: Use the correct spacer for your ski pole diameter and confirm the knob is fully tightened. A loose clamp can rotate or slide under vibration.
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage resulting from use, misuse, accidents, falls, or any activity-related incident is NOT covered — regardless of the activity involved.
