ULANZI LM24 Quick Release Mini LED Fill Light II for DJI Action6/Nano

The ULANZI LM24 Quick Release Mini LED Fill Light II (Model: LM24) is a 31g fill light built for the DJI Osmo Action6 and Osmo Nano. The LM24 has been redesigned specifically to suit the new magnet placement in the DJI Osmo Action6 and Osmo Nano.

It presses straight into the slots in the camera's Quick-Release base or into the side of an optional compatible metal housing (sold separately) and locks tight with the two side latches. A two-finger press on both latches releases it again. A silicone pad helps create a stable connection and dampen vibrations.

Twelve LED beads put out 102 lux at half a metre, still 25.5 lux at a full metre, across a wide 120° beam that covers the frame rather than punching a hot spot into the middle of it. The output is fixed daylight at 5600K, so it matches the camera's own white balance and sits cleanly alongside open shade or an overcast sky without a colour cast to correct later.

A CRI of 95 is what makes it worth using on faces. Cheap LEDs skew skin tones green or magenta and leave you fixing it in the grade; at 95, the light renders colour close to daylight, so what you shoot is what you keep. Cycle through three levels of brightness from 10% to 100% (Low, Medium or High) with a single button press. Press and hold to turn it on or off.

The built-in 500mAh battery runs for one hour at full brightness and up to eight hours at minimum brightness, recharging over USB-C from the cable in the box — and it will run while charging, so a power bank in your pocket keeps it going all day. The port sits behind a silicone door, and with it closed, the light is rated IPX5, so rain, spray and splashes are not a problem.
