Boasts a Five-section screw leg-locking system for secure height adjustment. 5-section design and 4 adjustable levels: 43cm, 76cm, 105cm,131cm and 155cm.

A Reversible double-headed mounting plate allows for either 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 camera threads.

Foam hand grip for comfort and stability. Comes with a safety wrist strap.
