ULANZI EA03-CO83 Super Clamp + Two-Section Magic Arm + Phone Holder

The ULANZI EA03-CO83 Super Clamp + Two-Section Magic Arm + Phone Holder (Model: EA03-CO83) is the complete kit. The clamp grips a desk edge, a handrail, a bike handlebar, a tree branch or a tripod leg, and the arm reaches out from it to put a camera, light, monitor or microphone exactly where you want it — anything with a female 1/4" socket screws straight onto the end. The included phone holder adds smartphones to that list, so there is nothing else to buy.

The arm extends to 38.5cm. Two sections and three double-ended joints — one at the clamp, one in the middle, one at the business end — so it reaches across a desk, over a worktop or down onto a page from well outside the frame.

Each joint is a pair of ball heads on its own large lock knob. That is six points of articulation on three controls, and it means you can re-angle the camera end while the rest of the arm stays exactly where you set it.

The free end is a 1/4"-20 male screw, and the phone holder has two 1/4" holes of its own — one underneath and one at the back — so the arm can come up from below or in from the side.

Three Y-shaped jaws wind in and out on a single knob that then tightens them down; each jaw has a swivel foot, and the feet and the jaw faces are rubber-lined so the clamp holds without marking what it is gripping.

There is no minimum. The three jaws interleave and close past each other, so thinner objects such as a monitor bezel, a thin shelf, a picture rail or a narrow rod are held just as securely as something thicker.

The feet swing clear for extra range. With the pads down, the clamp takes a flat edge up to 40mm or a round tube up to 45mm. Swing the three feet out of the way, and the jaws themselves do the gripping, taking 50mm flat or 55mm round. The jaw faces are rubber-lined too, so you are still clamping on rubber either way.

Will It Fit? Measure What You Are Clamping To:

1kg is the figure to plan around, and it is the total for everything on the clamp at once. That is a phone, an action camera, a compact camera, a small monitor, a video light or a microphone — not a mirrorless body with a lens on it, and certainly not a DSLR.

The further the arm goes out, the harder the clamp works. A load held at full 38.5cm extension puts several times more leverage on the jaws than the same load held close in, so treat 1kg as a ceiling that shrinks as you extend, not a figure you can rely on at arm's length.

The Mounting Points:

The spare clamp threads are all female, so anything added there needs a male 1/4" thread of its own. Whatever is mounted, the 1kg rating is the total for the arm, the phone holder, the cold shoe and every thread combined.
